Nathan Janota - Nelson Nevada - September 2011

Nathan Janota is a growing, aspiring, film maker who contacted me for some personal photos as well as photos to use for his company called Maelstrom Film Productions <- (check it out) So we headed out to Nelson Nevada to take these photos and what a rad location! Nathan had some great ideas, and since he's a media guy we get along perfectly and came up with some awesome shots. Enjoy!

I absolutely love this family! The way they interact with each other is so precious, and they have been such a blessing to my life. Right as I snapped the last photo it started raining, and the shoot ended with the dad playing the guitar and singing to his family! So rad.

 

Basse+Ebalo Wedding - San Diego, CA - August 27

I've known Lauren for years now, (she actually hired me for my very first wedding photography gig 2 years back at her brother's wedding!) and she is just amazing. So when she got engaged I was beyond ecstatic for her, and then when she asked me to photograph her wedding, I was over the moon! The love these two share is amazing to photograph, you can tell by the way they look at each other and the smiles that light up their faces, I LOVE photographing LOVE! these two have something so special and rare. Their wedding took place at the Sheraton Marina in San Diego California. The wedding had a 50s feel to it, and her mother made her dress! Talk about amazing skill. I've been so excited to share these images with you all, so here they are! I present to you; the wedding of Lauren Basse and Ervin Ebalo.
